CARIBBEAN RUNNINGS with CHANGEZ Fridays 2m to 4pm You can listen on www.wrfg.org or 89.3 FM in Atlanta Caribbean Runnings is a show that will educate the listener about the Caribbean Diaspora through relevant music from the culture that will be played in a manner that speaks to the values of that genre.

The best of Reggae, Calypso, Dancehall, Soca and other Caribbean forms will be heard. There will be news, information presented and interviews. Interviews will be had with various types of individuals from community activists, community leaders, government officials, and artists.

The show will strive to take the listener to the Caribbean and at the same time bring the Caribbean to the listener
