I am writing to thank you for the quick response to my request for tech support when my computer was freezing up on me. MyTrueBiz was very helpful and had my computer up and running again in a few minutes. Plus the technician gave me helpful suggestions that I can do to improve my machine without costing me a fortune to keep this from happening again. He spoke to me in layman's terms and not in some technical language that would make me feel dumb just because I am not a "techie" like him.
